My career coach often asks me to reflect on our discussion and discuss my thoughts. Why is reflection so important?

My career coach told me reflection is an important part of personal and professional growth, and it is especially crucial in the career coaching process. By reflecting on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, you can gain insights into yourself and your situation, identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement, and develop a deeper understanding of your goals and how to achieve them.
