Qualifiers
The Mastermind concept is not new and many of you may have been to one or more in the past. We guarantee that these three will be a little different than most and target three very specific groups – Small Business Owners, Senior Executives and Mid-level Leaders. Check out whether you qualify and find out how to join these exclusive events. For details on the application requirements read the FAQ’s below
To qualify as an “Elite SB Owner” requires that you meet the following five criteria.
- You must be the owner of your company.
- You must have worked for a minimum of 15 years.
- You must have served as an entrepreneur, functional or higher leader.
- You must be actively wanting to expand or scale your business.
- You must enjoy having fun, socializing and serving community.
Just like the Elite Legends, there are 5 criteria for you to qualify as an “Elite Senior Executive” and be eligible to attend this Mastermind.
- You must be or have been a pioneer in your area of expertise.
- You must have worked for a minimum of 15 years.
- You must be working on an innovation to shape an area of business.
- You must be looking to develop a business or your career.
- You must enjoy networking, having fun and serving community.
It wouldn’t be fair if we didn’t set the bar equally high for this group. Therefore to qualify you have the following 5 criteria to check off before you can apply to join this exclusive event.
- You must be or have been nominated as an Executive Talent.
- You must have worked in some form of Leadership capacity for 10 years.
- You must have managed a team of people during that 10-year period.
- You must be coachable and highly motivated towards advancing your career.
- You must be able to discuss your career aspirations while hiking the Rocky Mountains.
We are genuine in our desire to maximize the value for everyone who attends. Therefore applicants will need a complete a short questionnaire for review and screening. If you qualify at that point, then there is a good chance we will arrange for a phone call to discuss your suitability to join one of these Masterminds.
