Episode notes: A conversation with Mr. Steve Farrell
Hello and welcome to the ET Project. I’m your host, Wayne Brown, and as usual, we’re delighted to be delivering this podcast for executive talent all over the world whom we’re affectionately referring to as Team ET.
Can you believe it we’re still here? 4 weeks in a row, doing the rounds in the USA, and with today’s guest, Mr. Steve Farrell sitting in Boulder, Colorado, which I guess just happens to be another beautiful part of the world. Let me introduce you to Steve.
He attained the pinnacle of success as a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, founding 2 high-tech firms during the 1990s, and then pivoting to follow his heart, leaving the American dream behind and co-founding Humanity’s Team in 2003.
Humanity’s Team is a global nonprofit helping people everywhere awakened to our interconnectedness through platforms such as their Humanity Stream plus, streaming service.
Here is an extract from our conversation as we start to get into it…
“… I do that repeatedly throughout the book because this book actually was written for the reader. I wanted people to see where you grow up the way I did. Just an ordinary middle kid. And then you find this massive opportunity and you’ve got to rise to that challenge. You have to grow into it. So things like, how to prioritize life, because I got way too business focused. I tell that story about my sister Marine in there, how to come into this place of being and not just doing.
So this is like moving from the logic center of your mind to, I’ll call it the wisdom center of your soul. What that was like for me, how I did that. And then miraculously at least for my thinking, how my business took off when I did that, this was astounding ’cause I was very concerned…”
Today’s Guest: MR. STEVE FARRELL
Steve has a new book called A New Universal Dream, which details his journey from a young entrepreneur to a life in service to humanity.
Today, Humanity’s Team has approximately 700,000 friends in over 150 countries. Their projects include conscious business declaration training, and conscious business change agents. As well they host transformational education programs in business, science, spirituality, creativity, relationships, healing and conscious living.
Plus, they offer a large range of free developmental packages from luminaries such as Gregg Braden, Bruce H Lipton, Ph.D. And Lynne McTaggart.
Final words from Steve:
“Well, let me do this, suggest this, ’cause I could keep it on the level of just things that we could do day in, day out, but some people could do, if you go to humanitysteam.org, that’s with a Y, at the top of the website, it says programs click on that, then you’ll see free programs.
And they’re all just free programs, they’re an hour-long by these scientists, by spiritual leaders, embodied practices, all of these… Just look at all the free programs, go through a few of the free programs, that really get into it a… ‘Cause we have limited time here that’ll get into a lot more depth and detail that I can’t write in this moment, and as you mentioned these are, a lot of them are icons out in the world in this area of transformational education.
And during the free program, I promise you, you’ll be taking lots of notes, there’s all kinds of things they’re gonna share about conscious living and conscious business…”

0:00:00.0 Wayne Brown: Hello, I’m your host, Wayne Brown, and welcome to the ET Project. We’re delighted to be delivering this podcast for executive talent all over the world, whom we’re affectionately referring to as team ET. Can you believe it we’re still here? 4 weeks in a row, doing the rounds in the USA, and with today’s guest, Mr. Steve Farrell sitting in Boulder, Colorado, which I guess just happens to be another beautiful part of the world. 0:01:10.9 WB: Today, Humanity’s Team has approximately 700,000 friends in over 150 countries. With that team ET, let’s jump straight into our conversation with guest, Mr. Steve Farrell, to find out exactly what it’s to work in Silicon Valley, and also to shift focus midstream to fulfill your calling in this episode titled, A New Universal Dream in Service to Humanity.
0:02:07.6 Speaker 2: Welcome to the ET project, a podcast for those executive talents determined to release their true potential, and create an impact. Join our veteran coach and mentor Wayne Brown as we unpack an exciting future together.
0:02:24.5 WB: Good morning, team ET, welcome to a new week, and, great to have you here as usual, and as always, we have a fantastic guest with us, Mr. Steve Farrell. Steve, welcome to the ET Project.
0:02:37.5 Steve Farrell: Hey, thank you, Wayne. Great to be here with you.
0:02:41.3 WB: You’ve recently released a book called A New Universal Dream, and we’re gonna walk through that book during our conversation. It’s an interesting journey and, go into detail about your career basically, from start through to where you are now, and that spans what, almost four decades.
0:03:02.1 SF: Yeah, over 50 years. It’s a true story, from beginning to end.
0:03:07.7 WB: Yeah. It’s a fascinating story and I really look forward to unpacking some of the details. So our listener base as you know, are very much, executives, leaders by another name and, some of the journey that you had, particularly with your Silicon Valley businesses, but not only that, with your non-profit organization that you’ve been involved with now for almost 2 decades. Very interesting and very informative for our listeners. So look forward to this conversation. I wonder if we could start by sharing, how did you get to Silicon Valley? What was it that brought you to that point where you knew that you wanted to be involved in technology and start a business deal?
0:03:50.1 SF: I’ll say it was an unlikely journey, because I did grow up with a single mom, divorced mom, six brothers and sisters in a very, very modest home. And then here I was, 11 years later, starting my first company in the heart of Silicon Valley. Absolutely in the right place at the right time. We grew it massively, we started out as two guys, executive suite, used furniture, but, we were in digital communications as the internet was born. And so, boy, that thing just lit up. We, grew it from zero dollars to 75 million over a 10 year timeframe before we sold it to, NEC, the Japanese conglomerate. And then inside of that organization, we birthed this other organization that was in consulting with no products. And, we grew that one to 75 million in two years. So, and then that gave me entrance into what I’ll call, the club, this elite group of entrepreneurs, leaders in Silicon Valley. I had Gavin Newsom, who’s the governor of California in my, 60 person group. And, there were 3 chapters. The one next to me had, Reed Hastings, who would, we’d get together in groups. And he hadn’t even started Netflix yet. He was actually focusing on charter schools back then. So, and then there were other extraordinary people like that in my chapter who I’d meet with monthly. So, and then, as I detoured, and went in a very different direction. So it was quite a extraordinary thing for a middle kid growing up the way I grew up.
0:05:32.4 WB: It’s such an interesting story. I can only imagine. And you don’t go into a lot of the operational detail. You skim the surface of it in the book for obvious reasons but, I can only imagine the challenges that must have existed as a young person yourself, with your partner, with a startup organization in such a dynamic environment. The internet booming, you partnered with Cisco Systems early and, that really helped your growth. But what were some of the struggles and the challenges from a business point of view, that you encountered early in the business?
0:06:10.0 SF: Yeah, let me say, this is one of the reasons I wrote this book called A New Universal Dream, was to lay out all of the challenges that were along this journey, and then my tools and techniques and processes for growing through those challenges.
0:06:26.0 SF: And for then growing these organizations, as a result of things I was learning. The other reason was to just talk about this conscious journey where there’s a huge, huge, huge opportunity for business today. But so there’s so many things. I actually stopped throughout the book and I say, boy, this was a huge challenge and this is what I learned. And I do that repeatedly throughout the book because this book actually was written for the reader.
0:07:18.5 SF: So this is like moving from the logic center of your mind to, I’ll call it the wisdom center of your soul. What that was like for me, how I did that. And then miraculously at least for my thinking, how my business took off when I did that, this was astounding ’cause I was very concerned. I actually threw away my day planner, though I’m not recommending people do that. That’s what I needed to do for myself. And in doing so, my business then went into hyperbolic growth. So I wrote, so I talk about that, of course my own process for becoming conscious and what that means and how that works. How as a leader that was working in the organization, how then I started recruiting people and I made lots of mistakes. So I talk about all these mistakes I made recruiting, but then how I came into, a process of recruiting that really did work. And then ultimately how to really inspire and grow an organization as a conscious leader. So those are some of the things that I get into in this book.
0:08:20.2 WB: Early in the book, you touch on the alignment between your inner values and what you’re doing and how that can lead to identifying that higher level purpose. I know it evolved through the book to the point where you now are, but I wonder how do you start that part of that journey? Like many people go through their whole career without making that connection. I just wonder how did you make that starting?
0:08:49.5 SF: So let me, let me speak to this from a business perspective first, it’s ’cause it’s actually easy from this perspective. It is just, when you talk from the heart, okay, sometimes people say you’re, that’s your why. Where you just, you’re not, there’s no mask, there’s no filter. You’re just telling people exactly the way you really feel. So you are talking from the heart. That is your why. Of course you’re talking ’cause your heart doesn’t speak at, on other, doesn’t try and tell stories or, make things up or embellish things. Your heart’s just gonna go straight. So, where we’re talking, and this was what happened when I threw out my day planner and I started talking straight from the heart, really listening well and really hearing what the person was saying, not being as, so task centered the way I was before, where I, here’s your 15 tasks, how are we doing on those?
0:09:46.8 SF: Which was kind of what I was doing before. And then moving into this whole real talking, real listening, real hearing, and then really speaking, from my heart. Now where we do this in a business context with our employees, with customers, with vendors, it’s like magic. It, basically ’cause your heart wants to tell the truth. It’s loving, which is our basis when we talk about conscious business, it’s basis is, and for that matter, conscious living. It’s really just being a loving, compassionate, truthful person. And who doesn’t wanna do business with somebody like that or work for somebody like that.
0:10:25.4 WB: My takeaway from reading that area of the book was that you and Rich, who was your partner in the business, took it to a higher level in that there wasn’t an expectation for others to reciprocate. It was just a genuine desire to bring value to others. And as a result, there was some reciprocation, but it wasn’t something you set out to get from the beginning. Is that a correct assessment?
0:10:54.2 SF: Yeah. No, that’s right. It was really just exactly that we weren’t trying to become gazillionaires or anything. In fact, we drew very modest salaries that we were paying many members of our team, much more than we were paying ourselves. Silicon Valley, top engineers, top salespeople. You’re reaching up into, multiple, multiple six figures which we were not paying ourselves. So we were there. We wanted to create a great business and hire strong people, really do great work. We wanted to, we adopted a local high school. We were in South San Francisco, where the local high school at that time, was just really resource poor. And their tea… Their good teachers were being drained off to other parts of Silicon Valley. So we came in and we were offering all kinds of resources for free, and it felt good. Of course it, this is, I’m sure what your listeners and viewers get to. It just feels good. When you’re building something, for the long term, you’re helping organizations that need assistance, like you’re gonna find success and it’s gonna feel real good.
0:12:00.4 WB: I’m not sure that all companies have that mindset. However, I feel that the majority of companies, and I’m generalizing, but I feel the majority of companies do something with an expectation of something in return. And there’s a lot of talk today in business about creating more value than your competitors, but also with the premise that that value is going to then generate that relationship, generate that business. But that wasn’t how you started out. And as a result of that authentic approach that you guys had, it attracted the right people to the organization as well as the right clients. It sort of comes from a different premise or a different platform and produces an even stronger result, which is quite an important message that I found reading the book.
0:12:52.7 SF: Yeah, well, exactly. And today I’ll say something that, I don’t know if other people would agree with or not, but, so for me, as I look out on today’s world where we’ve got extreme weather, in the United States right now, people may be reading in Western Canada, there’s horrible drought or smoke. New York City, the mid-Atlantic states and the country are, have terrible air quality right now because of the smoke. This is all, and this extreme weather, it ties into, I believe, global warming. So in today’s world, if we can’t operate a business that has real meaning and purpose, that’s really contributing in some way, to a healthier planet, healthier communities, healthier employees that we’re looking after, why do it? And again, I’m not sure every business person would say that, but that’s just me and where I’m coming from.
0:13:47.4 SF: And what I can share is if we do come from that place and it’s sincere and people feel that sincerity, wow. Watch your business grow. Because people are looking for businesses like this and organizations, as you know, I now run a nonprofit that’s also growing quite, dramatically, right? So whether it’s a for-profit or nonprofit, an organization, so any organization that is really, tuned into today’s world, wanting to make a difference, taking positive action and where people feel that, you’re gonna attract, the best people, you’re gonna attract… As you mentioned, I was in the Bay Area where the Gap and even Apple computer was our customer. We had, Spree some of the biggest organizations there in northern California. We were also down in Southern California. And even on the east coast, some of the largest organizations became our customer because they could feel, a great team, great focus, trying to do the right thing, not trying to overcharge, and then today, adding in the whole dimension of just really in today’s world, trying to just support this world that needs a little assistance right now.
0:15:02.5 WB: You introduced a open book policy or methodology within the business at some stage, you talk about that really propelled your business again to the next level. I’m wondering, do you still adopt a similar approach even though you’re a nonprofit.
0:15:19.2 SF: We need to, so we’re rated by the different agencies that look at nonprofits and, so you actually do publish your financials every year.
0:15:30.2 WB: Okay.
0:15:31.2 SF: And within the organization, we go down into exactly what’s happening and including in fact, especially during challenging times. So we’re, some of the campaigns that we’ve got, we’re a little different as a nonprofit. We’re not relying, 100% at all on contributions, in fact our conscious streaming platform for business and individuals is where 90% of our revenue comes from. So with that operates, you would say, more like a for-profit, right? And so we do, we take people down into our financials, our cashflow, et cetera. Again, what’s there to hide? I actually haven’t been drawing a salary. I’m in a nonprofit here now, so, I haven’t been drawing a salary, anyway. And when you take people down inside the financials and really have them understand sales and margin and cashflow, et cetera, they appreciate it. They’ll work, even, they’ll, even give more of themselves where they feel like, you’re an honest leader.
0:16:35.2 WB: Who influenced you early in your career. Was there a particular business guru? Were there books? How did you stay motivated? Where did the influence come from?
0:16:48.1 SF: There were many books, many leaders in there. There were some that were very spiritual. People probably have heard of Conversations with God. Neale Donald Walsch who was actually the co-founder of the nonprofit that I lead, we co-founded this organization 20 years ago. And his books resonated deeply with me of this whole, spiritually that, there’s not judging, going on or these things that… I grew up in the Catholic church where actually it’s quite enlightened today under Pope Francis. But, back in my day, it was a little bit rough there. It was, in terms of judging God and things like this, in this spiritual book of Neale Donald Walsch, it’s of, it’s actually saying that we’re all one, exactly what science actually is saying today.
0:17:40.6 SF: That’s its own conversation, but, in a loving, supporting, divine presence. So, but as well, business books, which I brought Seven Habits by Stephen Covey into, these organizations in Silicon Valley. I actually taught it during the, lunch hour, right? Seven Habits of Highly Successful People, because a lot of these principles, which talk about that, we’ve gotta really grasp it first. First things first, are in those books that we can’t build great things publicly, have that public success until we achieve that private success first. And that private success is where we really grow into really the best person that we can be.
0:18:28.0 WB: If I look at your journey, you were actually transitioning from an early point at Silicon Valley through to where you are now, say, even though I can see there was a finite time around 2000, 2001, where you really stepped away from Silicon Valley and you started to focus more on the service to others as a bigger topic for you. Right?
0:18:53.9 WB: Was there a specific trigger that said, you know the pursuit of wealth is not something that I’m now interested in. I’m more interested in the pursuit of humanity and helping humanity. Was there a finite time or was this a progression?
0:19:11.1 SF: So this, there was a progression and that was, it was very much of a calling. Let me share too, just so listeners and those watching this really kind of see the truth of what happened. It was not like I had to go live in a cave with a loincloth or something. You know, this is the thing is, especially for those that are currently have a conscious organization or they’re transitioning into a conscious organization. There’s enormous potential to create organizations that are gonna grow into massive influences in their community and out in the world where real financial wealth is generated. But even more importantly from my perspective, that we’re a positive influence in the community, in the world where, where we wouldn’t think of starting a GMO company or some media company that is creating trouble in the particular country that we’re in that may be going against democracy, for example. So what happened to me is I was called actually there in the late ’90s and in the early 2000s to this whole, what science, again is affirming now some of your listeners, some of those watching may be familiar with the Nobel Prize for physics. You know, for example, October of last year, where you had three scientists that were awarded that for entanglement.
0:20:38.7 SF: And if you look up the definition of entanglement, it means that you’ve got two things on different sides of the universe with no physical connection at all that are affecting each other. So this whole, I’m sure all listeners also are familiar with that we’re energetic beings, right? And that we wanna raise our vibration. That’s how we don’t stay sick, you know that there’s actually, it’s an energetic universe. And even that it’s highly interconnected and interdependent and even one energy, which is the whole of the universe, the whole of the cosmos. So, and Einstein, Albert Einstein at his, when he transitioned there 50 years ago, so this was what he was working on, right? His unified field theory that said that everything in the cosmos and in the universe was one presence. And were all actually faces of that one presence. Science is now affirming all of this saying it is in fact an energetic universe. That’s how entanglement exists that we’re all, you could say, faces, 8 billion faces of that one presence here on this planet with the earth and other life forms on Earth.
0:21:47.0 SF: So science is saying then what we were not told growing up when we went through grade school and high school and college, you were taught, right? Lucky sperm kind of met the egg, Boy, did you get lucky? You know, now you get to live this one life and then you go to bones and dust six feet under at the end of your life, [laughter] That’s what most of us were taught growing up. But this is in many ways today, now a moment. You could call it a Galileo moment, you know people, Galileo, of course, was the father of science and astronomy back in his day, and walked in this whole new theories, belief systems of No, the universe isn’t revolving around the earth. You know, we are revolving around a sun, part of a larger universe. And he brought in a lot of other science, a lot of other astronomy and then he actually, it did change the world those beliefs, his science, his research that came in. So likewise today, science and research are saying we’re energetic beings. A part of this one, this Carl Sagan thing, that we’re all made of Stardust [laughter] and it’s actually real. We’re all a part of this one energetic presence. So I was called to, apologize for going long here in my answer, but I was called to really, this is what we call conscious living in Humanity’s Team, where we understand that, we live into that.
0:23:11.3 SF: And the basic thing that happens here when we live into it is we see our connection with the world around us. And of course, if we’re mature people, when you see your connection, well, you become responsible, right? Just like the family. I’m connected to my wife and my kids, so I’m gonna, I have a certain responsibility. And then if we are mature and we have a responsibility, well, we take positive action, right? It’s just, these are things we naturally do. So likewise, as the, I’ll call it the fence posts are moved out to the whole of the earth and humankind, 8 billion faces, we do the same thing. I’m connected, I’m gonna become more responsible. I’m gonna take positive action. Can’t do everything, but we can do something, you know? And then we’re all called to our own station in life.
0:23:54.1 SF: So I was called back then to leave, sell my interests in business, leave those organizations, even leave Silicon Valley. I’m based now in Boulder, Colorado, and just work with others around the world on introducing this whole conscious, living conscious business thing that is really growing quite nicely right now so that we can enjoy happier, more fulfilling lives. And there’s the whole microcosm/macrocosm thing as we live happier, more fulfilling lives, and as enough of us do that, we reach the Malcolm Gladwell tipping point where you get that 4-8%, all of a sudden the whole world starts becoming healthier and happier. We create that whole sustainable and flourishing world that we’ve all dreamed about so long [laughter], sorry for the long response that, that’s what I was called to back in that timeframe and that I’ve been working on for the last 20 years.
0:24:49.2 WB: Let, let’s dive a little bit into the organization. It’s called Humanity’s Team. And if I look at the mission, which is what you’ve been talking around in your answer just then, was that you are looking to make conscious living pervasive worldwide by 2040, that tipping point. How far are we from getting to that point, do you feel at the moment?
0:25:13.3 SF: You know, I think the interesting thing is that we’re actually well along this journey…
0:25:20.3 SF: Because there are so many things that are now out in the open. Let me give an example to our business audience. Regenerative agriculture is huge right now. Huge, not just, I mean around the world. They’re organizations based here in Boulder that this is all they do. And they just, group just came back from Portugal another group from Paraguay. And there’s hundreds of millions of dollars now going into regenerative agriculture, which is a form of conscious business where no longer is it about just producing a crop. Where fertilizers and weed pesticides and things. Now it’s the quality of the soil, the quality of the harvest, water systems there, the animal life that becomes involved in regenerative agriculture, you may know it involves now animals that are roaming land and then through their droppings, create fertile soil, which then creates the harvest that is coming.
0:26:28.1 SF: This is a huge… Conscious business right now is being led by agriculture, regenerative agriculture, but it’s spreading into other business forms too. And then in conscious living here, there are many things. I’ll just bring up one example that most people have probably heard of, Joe Dispenza, is if you’re on TikTok. Which is more in youth directions, but, he talks about where we’re, he calls it creating in the quantum field, instead of in matter. So, without just our hands and our day-to-day work, he’s saying we’re gonna create in the quantum field. And creating in the quantum field actually, goes back thousands of years. Remember it was said, it’s done unto you as you believe, [laughter] that was said 2000 years ago. This is what creating in the quantum field is.
0:27:21.1 SF: Watch Joe Dispenza describe this whole creating in the quantum field. He’s saying, we’re feeling into a future, we can taste, we can touch. We believe in, we desire, that it’s here now. It’s not just, we’re not doing something of hoping that something can happen. We’re actually believing and standing in the truth of what is being created out in the future. This is getting into energetic being kind of stuff that, I’ll go back to what we grew up with in grade school and high school and college. We weren’t taught anything, at least I don’t know anybody that was taught anything about creating in the quantum field or metaphysics is what it is. Creating, using metaphysics. This is a property of conscious living where we understand we’re energetic beings and it really does work.
0:28:18.2 SF: We can actually create health and wellbeing in the world and in our households. Where this is a regular practice and we’re feeling energetically into this whole home, this whole community environment, this world environment, regenerative agriculture. Where now it’s healthy foods, coming from the land. This is something that’s gone a quite big. These are just a couple of examples. There are many others that share, that suggest that this whole conscious living thing, where we’re moving, taking great strides toward moving, to a whole new way of living on the earth.
0:28:55.3 WB: You talk about, in the book, you mentioned some of the large businesses around the world, like Salesforce and the leaders of these businesses starting to make this transition of conscious business. You have a nice term, and I’m not sure if it’s yours or who said it, but you talk about the death of shareholder primacy basically being replaced by now, a focus on all stakeholders, which includes of course the largest ecosystem, which is planet Earth. For us, at least the largest ecosystem. We can see the growth occurring within the business and hoping that our listeners are picking up on this transitional shift because it’s an opportunity just like all businesses to be at the forefront of that transition. And to really help to drive and to make their operation more conscious and think about the impact that they’re having and how can it be regenerative.
0:29:54.2 SF: Yeah. Thank you. So that is near the end of the book, and that’s right, there are business leaders that are out there today, salesforce.com being one example. There are many. Where, that we’re driving in that direction now. I have no doubt. This is the future. And so you know what they say about the future is you can be, you can walk into it and be a pioneer and a leader in it and prosper or you’re gonna be dragged into it. ‘Cause the whole industry’s gonna go that way, [laughter], you don’t wanna be dragged into it. And again, my book A New Universal dream by… And by the way, you can go to anewuniversaldream.com to read about the book and you see the first chapters. And I even give away my $300 masterclass called Conscious Leadership when people just send us their receipt number for the book.
0:30:43.0 SF: It’s a $19 book and then it’s a $300 masterclass so it’s a pretty good deal. And the reason we do that is we’re a nonprofit, and the things that we’re talking about here now, Wayne, are the things that are, what are important to us is just creating these homes, communities, a world that really works for everybody. And where, we can really… This is actually where we find the deliciousness and living true prosperity. I tell the story of the book. I did not find that in Silicon Valley, that we need some time to unpack that. But I didn’t find… Or I found it, really doing the work that I’m doing now.
0:31:22.5 WB: You have a initiative, it’s called PACE, which is an acronym for Planetary Awakening Conscious Evolution. What does the initiative focus on? Guess we’ve already answered the question, but can you build a little bit on that?
0:31:35.5 SF: Yeah, you bet. So, what it does, it talks about conscious living and gets into just specific things we can do, our breath, really creating stillness, creating time in the morning where feeling into this future that we’re creating, including future businesses that we’ve created and that we’re growing. Where we’re asking for guidance, because one of the features of the Conscious living is where we understand that we aren’t alone. That we’re, in fact, we’re all one.
0:32:09.3 SF: Or another, what the scientists say is, we’re sovereign to one body, this is their science language. And that means that the body, the universe, this omnipresence, omniscient, omnipotence is real. And we can… Wisdom is there at our fingertips. We can ask for guidance. We’re supported, as we’re doing these good works out in the world. So all of these kinds of things, we get into, in this initiative, PACE. We get into ways that we can live concretely as conscious individuals and consciously out in the world, even as conscious business leaders. You can go to changinghumanitysfuture.com, changinghumanitysfuture.com, and that initiative is described in some detail, and there’s lots of free resources there too.
0:33:01.2 WB: There’s a gentleman you quote in the book, I forget his name, sorry, but he talks about the transition from being Homo Sapiens to Homo Universalis, and…
0:33:12.6 SF: Right, right.
0:33:12.7 WB: Of the expression, essentially, if I understood it correctly, it means that we shift from being materialistic beings to those focused on that bigger picture of humanity.
0:33:24.9 SF: Yeah.
0:33:25.0 WB: Is that correct?
0:33:26.4 SF: Exactly. That’s we’re… That’s exactly right, we’re growing into a new species. So our species is, on this planet, is, probably wouldn’t surprise people, we’re all a part of the current species, but it’s a young species and we’re going through maturity now and as we mature as a species and start really understanding and living into this whole oneness thing or unity consciousness thing, that’s real, as we start really embodying that and expressing that, bringing these processes into our businesses and organizations, it’s just creating really a much, a much more beautiful way, a more delicious way to live on the earth, and also in the workplace. It’s just… It creates a much more delicious way of working with others where you’re really affecting positive change out in the world, and where you’ve got customers and employees and vendors that all love it. And you’ve got… They’re there to support your growth. You’re scaling.
0:34:28.4 WB: We have a mutual friend in Lance Secretan. What’s the connection with you and Lance?
0:34:35.0 SF: Yeah, Lance is one of the leaders, so, in this whole transformational education thing and in conscious business, so he and I have been friends for quite a number of years. We have in Humanity’s Team, we’ve got a streaming platform, a conscious streaming platform, it’s called Humanity Stream Plus, and we have hundreds of masterclasses on the platform. So it’s a subscription-based platform, it’s about a dollar a day. You can go to humanitystream.net, I’m sorry, to learn about it. Lance Secretan, who’s a big business leader, is one of the people who has classes, transformational education programs on the streaming platform. And then others, the Gregg Braden and the Sam Herriman, and Bruce Lipton and Lynne McTaggart and Michael Beckwith, and Neale Donald Walsch. Again, hundreds of leaders have their programs on this platform, Lance is one of them.
0:35:32.7 WB: Business leaders as well as leading scientists, physicists, I was looking at some of the, the carousel of names, and it’s quite impressive lineup there. It’s certainly something I plan to check out and to look at and learn more from. So I’m excited to hop on this journey and become more conscious myself. I think it’s something well worth pursuing and we’re heading in that direction, so let’s get on the bandwagon and start to enjoy.
0:36:05.6 SF: It’s the future, and it’s a bright, bright new future. It really is.
0:36:10.5 WB: So Steve, if people wanna connect with you and have conversation, is there a platform that’s better than others, or how would they find you?
0:36:21.1 SF: Yeah, you bet. So they can go to the, anewuniversaldream.com and that’s part of the stevefarrell.org website, you can connect with me there, reach out with whatever your interest might be. And then humanitysteam.org is this nonprofit, 501 [c] [3], it’s called Humanity’s Team with, Y, at humanitysteam.org. So you can connect with me either way, and I’ll just share as we’re closing, boy, let’s just get these limiting beliefs out of the way.
0:36:52.3 WB: Yeah.
0:36:53.2 SF: That are just not serving us and then really grow into our fullest potential. That’s really what this is all about.
0:37:00.4 WB: Is there any tips that you could share or steps that you could share that people can sort of take away from our conversation today that they could already start to become more universal in their thinking, more holistic in their approach? Is there anything you could share at the moment?
0:37:18.1 SF: Well, let me do this, suggest this, ’cause I could keep it on the level of just things that we could do day in, day out, but some people could do, if you go to humanitysteam.org, that’s with a Y, at the top of the website, it says programs click on that, then you’ll see free programs. And during the free program, I promise you, you’ll be taking lots of notes, there’s all kinds of things they’re gonna share about conscious living and conscious business.
0:38:15.0 WB: Incredible conversation. The journey has just really begun. Appreciate you coming on The ET Project.
0:38:21.1 SF: Yeah, yeah, thank you Wayne for inviting me. A pleasure to be here. And, boy, godspeed to us all, reach out where I can ever be of any assistance, and again, I’m a huge optimist. I know in today’s world it might be hard to be an optimist, but I really believe we’re well into this journey that we’re discussing here and we got a bright future. We all do need to play a role, and that can’t be just a few of us. So let’s get to that 4-8% and create that tipping point and get it done.
